Returns Policy
If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at Scandinavian Paint Company.
To be eligible for a return,
–we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.
–your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging.
–You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your return is authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will be happy to exchange the item for a new one.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Shipping
After you’ve submitted a return request to Scandinavian Paint Company, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.
If the item was damaged or is the wrong item, Scandinavian Paint Company will pay for the shipping. If the return is because you changed your mind about your purchase, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs and we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. Our team will review your request and inspect the item. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember all payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
